PRODUCTS AND INGREDIENTS

All treats and cakes are handcrafted with high-quality, natural and gluten-free ingredients specifically formulated for dogs.
These products are intended as occasional treats only and are not a replacement for regular dog meals. Always supervise your pet while consuming our products and provide fresh water.

ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

We strive to use safe ingredients; however, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens such as peanuts, dairy, eggs, or other potential allergens.
If your dog has known sensitivities or medical conditions, please consult your veterinarian before purchase. Makko’s Snack is not liable for allergic or adverse reactions resulting from ingredient sensitivities.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Orders may be placed directly through our official website.
All payments are processed securely via the methods displayedat checkout (credit/debit cards, digital wallets, etc.).
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States only.

Non-perishable items are shipped via standard carriers; delivery times vary by destination.
Perishable items (cakes, pastries) are available only for local pickup or delivery within San Antonio, TX.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos.
Eligible claims will be reviewed and replaced or refunded at our discretion.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content—including the Makko’s Snack name, logo, images, product photos, and website text—is the exclusive property of Makko’s Snack LLC.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.
